Becoming an ICBPO Accredited Study Center is a significant commitment that requires dedication, hard work, and a passion for business process outsourcing. Our rigorous selection process ensures a high-quality learning experience for students.

How to Apply:

Please complete and submit the attached application along with the supporting documents.

Initial Questionnaire:

The applicant completes an initial questionnaire to collect basic identification data and make a preliminary judgment based on location, qualifications to be offered, and mode of delivery.

Application Form Submission:

The detailed application form is submitted, gathering information related to quality issues, which will be matched against a set of criteria.

Discussion with Education Manager:

A Regional/Zonal Education Manager will contact you to discuss your application in detail.

Completed application forms should be sent to the Centre Accreditation Department at the Institute for Certified Business Process Outsourcing Professionals (ICBPO).
